Meetings are an opportunity for us to sit together with the intention to deepen in the recognition of our true nature. We will always focus on recognition and deepening. Meetings will typically have times of stillness to allow for the mind to become calmer. After One Sun shares some insights, there is usually time for sharing questions and insights.

We are currently hosting 7am-8am Tuesday and Thursday morning meditations in the Santa Cruz area. Contact us for directions.

We are discussing having satsangs, video night and guided meditations too. Contact us regarding interest in any of these meeting formats.
