A few years after discovering my true nature, I picked up my tennis shoe from the floor and noticed it was full of God.

This was clearly a new level in my perception of the world. I noticed God was in everything, even inanimate objects.

Prior to this I had enjoyed a practice which arose from a teaching of Eckhart Tolle. He talks about the intimate connection with life prior to labeling. When we label, the separation begins. Before we label, all is one. All is God.

So I would enjoy gazing at trees and plants without labeling and feeling no separation and pure love as the essence of the observer and the observed. It is a magical open-eyed meditation.

This practice may have helped me come to the point where most labeling ended and God was truly in everything.

What a precious, supportive and divine space to exist in.

This is part of deepening and the softening of the world as the mind falls away and the heart opens fully and sees itself in everything.

Enjoy. Be patient. Know that love is coming to get you. Separation and negative emotions are weak and transitory. Love and unity are the foundation of all of creation. It is inescapable. Allow. Stop labeling. And you too will see... God in a shoe!
